KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Naim Holdings Bhd, is organising a roadshow on Bintulu Paragon, its prestigious integrated development in Bintulu.

The roadshow will be held today until Sunday, November 15 to 17, 2013, from 10am to 5pm daily at RH Hotel, Sibu.

Its senior manager for Bintulu Operations, Gerald Sim said the roadshow is an excellent opportunity for those interested to find out more about the development, especially its Street Mall and Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) units.

“The sales for Street Mall and SOVO A units were encouraging since their first launch in February and April 2013 respectively.

“In addition, new SOVO units, called the SOVO B have been launched in October 2013 and as these units are located in great location facing the main thoroughfare, we urge those interested not to miss this great opportunity,’ Sim said.

He added that the Street Mall and SOVO units provide good investment potential for customers.

“Our Street Mall and SOVO are attractively priced. For example, the price for our SOVO commences from RM268,888 per unit,” Sim explained.

“In addition, these components are situated within Bintulu Paragon, which is located in a prime area next to the Bintulu town centre, surrounded by dense residential and commercial areas.

“With the prime location, price and also value-added features such as chic design and good security, the Street Mall and SOVO units can provide good investment potential for all.” Sim also urged those interested to take advantage of the special Christmas Promotion which runs for a limited time only.

“This promotion runs from now till December 31, 2013 only, so please take advantage of it.
