Naim Land’s Street Mall and SOVO receive positive response at Gawai Open House

KUCHING: Naim Land Sdn Bhd’s (Naim Land) first ever Gawai Open House in Bintulu held recently was a success, with crowds thronging its Bintulu Sales Gallery situated at the old airport site before 9am.

According to a press release, its senior manager, Bintulu Operations, Gerald Sim said that in addition to sumptuous food, guests were treated with traditional music and dances.

“Guests also had the chance to get to know more about our Bintulu Paragon’s Street Mall and SOVO developments and the response was very encouraging. As we offer a special Gawai Promotion which runs until June 30, 2013 in conjunction with the festivities, many customers took advantage of that promotion,” he said.

Sim added that there were other schemes to assist those interested in the Street Mall and SOVO.

“Besides the promotion, customers are only required to pay 10 to 15 per cent now, with the balance to be paid upon completion. We also offer free legal fees for Sale and Purchase Agreement and Memorandum of Transfer. As such, the entry cost for customers is low.”

Encouraged by the good response, Sim said that Naim Land would be organising a roadshow in Sibu on June 22 and 23 at RH Hotel, from 9am to 6pm.

“Do visit us at the roadshow and take advantage of our attractive schemes available.”

Gerald explained that the Street Mall and SOVO offered good investment potential.

“As they are located within the Bintulu Paragon development, the Street Mall and SOVO are strategically located in the heart of Bintulu town. The secured environment, with 24-hour security surveillance also allows businesses and patrons a peace of mind. In addition, our SOVO units are attractively priced, with prices commencing at RM268,888.”
