Naim to launch two projects at open house

KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies will launch the single-storey Naim Primrose Terraces and single-storey semi-detached Naim Eden Villas during its Miri Chinese New Year Open House and Naim Clubhouse Open Day on Sunday (Feb 18).

The open house will run from 10am to 5pm at the Naim Clubhouse, Naim SouthLake Permyjaya.

“Naim Primrose Terraces has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering spacious living areas, with clean and elegant lines. In fact, the layout allows for all three bedrooms to be aligned on one side.

“Its design is also user-friendly for the physically challenged,” said Naim regional head of sales and marketing Alice Ting in a press release.

“Meanwhile, Naim Eden Villas features a contemporary design offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

“With a walled-up area of 1,436 square feet, Naim Eden Villas are a fusion of style and functionality, ensuring comfort and convenience.”

Ting said the developments are located within the affluent and secure Naim SouthLake Permyjaya lakeside enclave for an unrivalled lakeside living experience.

She urged all to take advantage of the special limited period early bird promotion and other attractive rewards.

“Find out about our exciting ‘Rewards Campaign’ and ‘CNY Special Angpow’ campaign, where you stand a chance to win up to RM500,000 and RM88,888 respectively. It’s an exciting opportunity not to be missed!” Ting added.

Highlights for the open day include Chinese cultural dance, lion dance, 24-season drum performance, and angpow giveaway for children.

“In addition, all can use our Olympic-sized swimming pool (50 metres) for free on that day!” added Ting.
