Integrated Management System (IMS)

NAIM operates under a Group-wide Integrated Management System (IMS) certified to internationally recognised ISO standards. Our IMS framework institutionalises quality governance, environmental responsibility, and occupational health & safety management across our core operations, reinforcing operational discipline, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation.

Registered by Intertek and accredited by UKAS, these certifications provide independent third-party assurance of our management systems.

Ensures structured governance across property development and engineering operations, covering design, project management, contract administration, implementation, and sales activities.
